2009 CA of the Year Award The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia (ICANS) is proud to announce that Jane A. Roy, FCA 2009 Ross L. Towler CA of the Year Award Named after Ross L. Towler, FCA, upon his retirement in 1997, after 28 years of service as the Institute’s Executive Director, this coveted award is presented annually to a CA who embodies the spirit of community volunteerism. Clearly, Jane is very deserving of a CA of the Year Award. Her volunteer philosophy and commitment are outstanding and she is an exemplary example of how our members continue to make volunteering an integral part of their lives.
